AI agents that run on their own, inside limits you set

- Limits
Most “AI” on a business website is a chat box that guesses. I build features that answer from your real data, and agents that take repetitive work off your desk on their own schedule — each one with explicit limits on what it is not allowed to touch. The same thing runs behind Tradapop today. Quoted per project, in English or Spanish, from Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.
What this actually looks like
Five shapes this takes in practice. Everything past the first is quoted per project, because none of it is a template — and the first is deliberately cheap so you can find out whether the rest is worth building.
- 01
Feasibility review
from €190Two hours on your actual process, then a straight answer: what AI would genuinely do here, what it wouldn't, and roughly what it would cost. If the honest answer is that you don't need any of this, that is the answer you get — and you spent €190 finding out instead of five figures.
- 02
A chat that answers from your real business information
quoted per projectNot a generic assistant with your logo on it. It reads your prices, your availability and your conditions, and when it doesn't know something it says so and hands the visitor to a person, instead of inventing an answer that you then have to honour.
- 03
Agents that handle repetitive work on a schedule
quoted per projectThe daily reconciliation, the inbox triage, the report nobody wants to write. It runs on its own, keeps a record of what it did, and stops at the boundaries you set.
- 04
Document and form processing
quoted per projectInvoices, bookings, applications: read, extracted, checked and filed. The ones it isn't confident about go to a person rather than getting guessed at — which is the difference between saving time and creating a mess to clean up.
- 05
AI features inside a product you already run
quoted per projectSearch that understands the question, summaries, drafting. Added to what already works rather than used as an excuse to rebuild it.
Built and running
One project, described properly — because “we do AI” costs nothing to say.
Anyone can put a chat box on a website. The hard part is deciding what the machine is not allowed to do, and making that stick.
What people ask about this
The questions that come up before anyone signs anything.
- Is this just ChatGPT with my logo on it?
No — and if that is all you need, you don't need me. You need a €20 subscription and an afternoon, and I'll tell you so.
What I build is everything around the model: connecting it to your real data so the answers are about your business, constraining what it is allowed to do, and handling the cases where it should refuse rather than guess. The model itself is the cheap, replaceable part.
- What stops it doing something stupid?
Limits enforced in code, not instructions written in a prompt. A prompt is a request — an agent that has no route to an action cannot take it, however cleverly it is asked.
In Tradapop that means the agent can adjust a trade but has no path to creating a plan or moving committed funds. We decide that list together before anything is built, and it is the first thing I write.
- Does my business data get sent to OpenAI or Anthropic?
Some of it has to reach whichever model you choose, or the model has nothing to answer from. That is how this works, and nobody honest will tell you otherwise.
What we do control is which data, how little of it, whether it is retained, and which provider. Some jobs run fine on a model hosted in Europe, some on your own hardware, and some genuinely need a frontier model. I'll tell you which one you're in before you commit to anything.
- What does it cost?
The review is €190. Past that it is quoted per project, because a chat that answers from your price list and an agent that runs your reconciliation every night are not the same job.
You get a fixed number before anything starts, the same as every other thing I do. Expect it to be a different order of magnitude to a website — this is closer to custom software than to a brochure site, and it should be priced that way.
- Can you do this in Spanish and English?
Both, natively — including the part that matters most here, which is checking that what the model says to your customers is actually correct in each language. A model that is fluent is not the same as a model that is right. I don't work in German.
